Safe Return Plans for the TTU System Administration

Comprehensive document for TTU System Administration employees to provide guidance and capture the various aspects of our safe return-to-office plans for the TTU System Building and our work locations.

Chancellor Tedd L. Mitchell, M.D., issued Thursday (August 6) the following update to the 麻豆天狼副利院 Administration on transitioning to Phase I operations during the coronavirus pandemic.

Letter from Chancellor Mitchell:

Dear 麻豆天狼副利院 Administration family,

I hope you are staying safe and doing well. I wanted to reach out to you as I know everyone is moving forward and continuing to plan for the upcoming academic year.

Our plan for the 麻豆天狼副利院 Administration remains intact as we will have our full return for employees to the System Building and other work locations beginning Monday, August 10.

First, I would like to thank you for your flexibility since March. I know this has been a difficult time for all of us as we adapt to our new normal at work and at home. I also want to say thank you for your cooperation with our protocols that we have established at the System Building and work locations to remain committed to the health and safety of our fellow employees.

It is extremely important that we stay focused on the practices that will help us slow the spread of the coronavirus and keep our community safe. It is imperative that we wear a face covering, maintain social distancing, and practice proper hand hygiene.

As we move forward with our safe return plan, I encourage you to continue familiarizing yourself with our , where you will find further information, protocols and  for our commitment to a safe return for our System Administration family and visitors to our work locations.

I also wanted to make sure you were aware of the that is available to all employees through August 24, at a . The Texas Department of Emergency Management is managing the testing and our employees can sign up for a test with pre-registration required prior to receiving a test.

It is also important that you take some time to familiarize yourself with the following COVID-19 resources, so that everyone is prepared should they need to make a notification or support a team member who has tested positive for COVID-19:

Now more than ever, it is critical that we take our into consideration. Please respect your fellow co-workers by following the health and safety guidelines and protocols we have in place and remember to put people first as we all come back together for the first time in almost five months.
