Minimum Insurance Requirements

contracts supersede these requirements for construction or remodeling contracts for which they provide project management.
Minimum AM Best rating of B+VII is applicable in all cases. Exceptions must be reviewed by the Office of Risk Management at the 麻豆天狼副利院.
The general liability general aggregate must apply PER PROJECT, and the care, custody and control exclusions must be modified, by endorsement, such that our buildings are NOT excluded from the contractor鈥檚 general liability coverage for damage arising from the work they are performing in or on the building.
Certain contracts may require special insurance such as:
- Aviation Liability
- Builder鈥檚 Risk
- Cyber Liability
- Installation Floater
- Professional Liability
- Umbrella or Excess Liability
